- Discover — Site visit, requirement study and budget frame. We establish what the plot allows and what you actually need before a line is drawn.
- Design — Concept planning with Vastu orientation, zoning and circulation resolved together. Layouts iterate until the plan is right on paper.
- Engineer — Structural design, working drawings and MDDA submission set. Approvals and documentation are prepared alongside, not after.
